GETTING SOYA CHUNKS READY FOR PREPARATIONS
STEP 1: Take a bowl and add soya chunks pour boiling water and add salt stir and leave it aside for 3-5 minutes or until it becomes soft.
STEP 2: Remove the chunks from this bowl and drop them into another bowl filed with cod water.
STEP 3: Squeeze the chunks well and soak it again in fresh cold water. Squeeze and remove all the water from the chunks only then it will absorb the flavors well when used in recipes. (Follow this step atleast two times to make sure that the smell leaves)
Use in any preparations!!! Gravy, Rice varieties biryani !! etc.
