The timing depends but always check...Hello Vaibhav<br /><br />The timing depends but always check after 25 minutes o see at what stage your cake is. And since it is a 10 liter cooker it might take similar timings as I have mentioned mine is a 7 lit cooker. <br /><br />And about opening immedietly yes you can as you are not using the whistle here there will not be any pressure accumulation inside the cooker. So you can open!! <br /><br />There was no water in the cooker, I've baked not steamed so you dont have to use water or anything else here. <br /><br />:) Hope you are clear by now.
