Use skinned chicken meat preferably the breast portion as it has much less fat and calories than the rest. This one is not the porridge kind and so it will be easier for you to savour. I made it peppery hot to soothe and satisfy my need hence the color, you can make it milder as you wish. If you are one who loves healthy and palatable dishes then this one's for you.
