    Simple Banana Milkshake


    Bananas are easily available and cheaper yet packed with loads of nutrients, anti-oxidants and energy. Its a must for kids and young people because of its body building property. Also it regulates bowel movement thereby gets rid of constipation, strengthens bones, improvises immune activity, prevents ulcers, protects the heart, etc. Am just amazed by the healthy benefits of bananas.  Kids make a fuss to eat and so they don't get enough nutrients, and become under-weight, for such kids this banana milkshake will be a yummy treat as well as it will provide all necessary nutrition and acts as a supplement food. Kids won't like to have bananas but if you prepare them as salads or milkshakes they will enjoy it. Even adults and bachelors who work for long hours skip their meals, so for such people also this is an energy providing milkshake. This recipe tasty, very healthy, very easy to prepare and consumes less time. Just serve this milkshake along with their breakfast or lunch and enjoy the benefits. Lets see the required ingredients and preparation method. 



    INGREDIENTS

    (Serves - 2)
    1. Ripe banana - 1/2 of one banana 
    2. Milk - 2 small cups
    3. Vanilla ice-cream - 1 scoop (Optional)
    4. Sugar - 3 spoons 

    PREPARATION METHOD

    • Blend all the above ingredients well until it becomes frothy.
    • Serve chilled. 

    TIP 1: Even without vanilla ice cream the milk shake will be yummy. But if you are going to serve it for kids then add vanilla or strawberry ice cram to it.

    TIP 2: Use ripe bananas for better taste. 

    TIP 3: Adding too much of bananas will make the milkshake sticky and will not be appropriate for drinking.

    Yummy, simple and healthy Banana Milkshake is now ready to be served!! Have it along with your breakfast!! Am sure kids and everyone will love it!!
